Job Title:
Regional Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to take responsibility for managing the operational, financial, administrative, and customer relations activities within the Central Region (Kimberley).
Responsibilities
- Manage regional staff, subcontractors, office operations, petty cash, assets, and vehicles.
- Coordinate technical projects, improvement initiatives, and internal central support functions.
- Oversee customer contract management, ensuring all deliverables are met in line with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Enhance customer engagement by continuously evaluating client business processes and proposing, re-engineering, and implementing value-added solutions.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts while building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers.
- Support the management of operational budgets, including both Capex and Opex.
- Provide regular communication and reporting to management on regional and project progress, including Key Performance Areas (KPAs).
- Assist in financial management through accurate monthly invoicing, improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and reducing operational expenses.
- Monitor and review management and settlement reports to ensure accuracy and performance alignment.
