Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple verticals including Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal.

What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach, pitch Desort’s recruitment solutions, and secure new hiring partnerships
- Strengthen Desort’s presence across multiple industries
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless, high‑quality placements
- Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and authority

Compensation (Commission‑Only)
- Unlimited commission
- Bi‑annual performance bonuses (twice a year)
- Recommended earnings range: $85,000 – $180,000+ annually, depending on performance
- Fully remote role with flexible schedule
