CNC Programmer
Seeking indivudal who is a self starter, highly motivated person to meet the complex challenges in a manufacturing environment.
* This person is instrumental in the successful implementation of new jobs, machine tools, specializing in multi-axis machining.
* Candidate must have extensive knowlege and experience with Solidworks software.
* The programmer will utilize MasterCam to program CNC mills and lathes. Our shop consists of Mazak, Okuma, and Toshiba CNC machine tools. This is a low-volume, high complexity Job shop environment.
* The programmer utilizes our ERP system to develop operating and set-up instructions to successfully manufacture. This includes shop routers, tooling lists, and specific job parameters.
* There is also a need to assist in fixture development, tooling specification, and other manufacturing techniques.
* The programmer provides shop floor assistance in troubleshooting machining processes and developing more efficient processes. Special projects could also be assigned to the programmer. Estimating the cycle time of new opportunities is also an important job function.

Requirements
• Min 3 years experience in MasterCam software.
• Min 5 years experience CNC Programming and blue print reading.
• The desire to be committed to the success of our customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively, proactively, and positively with shop employees, supervision, engineering, and sales.
