- Job Title: Occupational Therapist
- Location: Lakewood Health Systems
- Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
- Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
- Settings: This position will primarily work in an Outpatient Pediatric setting, and will also include backup coverage for Hospital Inpatient care as needed.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
