The role of the Catering Lead is essential for overseeing all aspects of Catering—both Pickup and Delivery—while collaborating with the Heart of House (Kitchen) and Management teams to execute and grow restaurant Catering Sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production to ensure it meets the demands of the business at all times.
• Maintain quality standards and prioritize food safety.
• Train, lead, and coach Team Members to perform at a high level.
• Be knowledgeable and capable of performing in any position within the restaurant.
