As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and assembling delicious meals with care, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring every guest receives the quality and consistency Chick-fil-A is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain excellence in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and more
- Stock and maintain kitchen inventory as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas at all times.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training timely and staying up-to-date with Chick-fil-A product changes and procedures
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and appearance standards at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Customer service oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours, including Friday & Saturday
