At Chick-fil-A, our Back of House Team Members are essential to delivering the high-quality food and exceptional experience our guests expect. You play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious food with care while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Position Type:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• Flexible Hours between 5:30 AM-5 PM
• Starting Wage Range: $12.50-$16
• Must be able to maintain a minimum of 15 hrs per week

What You’ll Do

Prepare Food with Excellence, Safety, and Cleanliness

• Follow recipes and procedures to prepare high-quality menu items
• Ensure food is cooked properly, fresh, and presented according to standards
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in every order
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations and equipment

Maintain Speed & Accuracy

• Work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing food safety and quality
• Communicate clearly with Front of House to ensure order accuracy
• Keep up with demand during peak hours while staying organized

What We’re Looking For

• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
