Position Title: Senior HVAC Engineer
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (flexible working hours)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities
Initiate and lead technical discussions with clients concerning their current cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives.
Serve as a technical advisor for both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and potential clients, on matters related to energy efficiency.
Perform comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and pinpoint areas that can be improved.
Create high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
Sustain and engage with external engineering partners on specific projects.
Cultivate relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region.
Manage project responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.
Assist in team development by mentoring and training junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
