Data Management Associate

Automotive Insight, LLC is excited to offer a key opportunity within its Data Management team. We are currently searching for a Data Management Associate who is interested in consolidating data, generating insights, and improving data quality across our platforms. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and excels in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Work closely with data analysts and IT team to help manage data effectively throughout the organization. Involve in the regular inspection of data errors and inconsistencies - identifying, reconciling and fixing them as they come. Harmonize data collection procedures to ensure all data relevant to project success is captured accurately. Ensure timely reports and presentations are delivered with a commitment to detail and follow-up. Develop and implement data management program activities and provide recommendations for improvement. Respond to requests for data extraction, reports, and analytics as required. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field. At least 2 years of professional data management, data governance, or related database management experience. Excellent understanding of databases, data analysis procedures, and data modeling. Proven experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. Demonstrable ability in data cleaning, transformation, and data structure optimization. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into plain English insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present statistical information to a non-technical audience.
