You’ll be supporting a range of individuals with different needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.Your responsibilities will include:Companionship – spending quality time with clients, building trust, reducing loneliness, and becoming a friendly, familiar facePersonal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always promoting dignity and respectDaily Living Support – preparing meals, prompting medication, and helping with light household duties to keep homes safe and comfortableMobility Support – assisting clients to move safely and confidently, encouraging independence wherever possibleThis role is about more than care – it’s about connection, compassion, and making someone’s day just that little bit better.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for people who are kind, patient, and genuinely want to help others.
