IB Advisory Associate - Infrastructure, Emerging Markets - London

We are working with a well‑established firm in the energy and infrastructure investment space, with a strong focus on emerging markets. Based in London, the team is looking to expand its infrastructure banking group and is seeking Associates to support the execution of M&A and financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions and clients, with particular relevance to the energy transition.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 • Execution of M&A and equity or debt capital raising transactions across energy and infrastructure
 • Building and reviewing detailed financial models and valuation analyses
 • Preparing client materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda and investment papers
 • Supporting due diligence processes, negotiations and transaction documentation
 • Assisting with origination through market research and client engagement

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
 • 3 to 4 years’ experience in infrastructure or energy investment banking
 • Proven transaction experience across energy or infrastructure advisory
 • Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
 • Confident communicator with solid presentation skills
 • Genuine interest in the energy transition and emerging markets
