Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a passion for modular design. The ideal candidate will bring strong spatial planning skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of modular systems to craft transformative interiors for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into modular interior solutions.
• Develop space plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of modular components.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces, oversee installations, and ensure design fidelity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations in modular construction and interior design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to modular or prefabricated environments.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
