Data Processing Clerk

FX Spine & Performance Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to support our clinical and administrative operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and operational data to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and verify patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systemsProcess intake forms, insurance information, and billing data accuratelyReview documentation for completeness and correct discrepanciesMaintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulationsOrganize and file digital and physical records as neededAssist with generating reports for management and clinical staffCommunicate with front desk and billing departments to ensure data accuracyPerform general administrative support tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredPrevious data entry or medical office experience preferredStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with EHR systems is a plusAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent typing and data entry skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiencyReliable and professional work ethic
