Description
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars on behalf of 3 General Partners and 2 other Associates.
- Arrange travel and trip logistics - both domestic and international.
- Oversee office operations. Keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the team is supported, and supplies are stocked.
- Welcoming guests into the space and bringing them to the appropriate offices.
- Manage relationships with vendors, troubleshoot, and problem-solve when issues arise.
- Track and reconcile expenses.
- Plan and organize dinners and events surrounding conferences. Partnering with vendors and restaurants and coordinating with external parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business functions of the Firm, including additional responsibilities such as event planning, basic accounting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous 2+ yeras of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Venture capital and/or financial service experience is a plus!
- Ability to work independently as well as work with colleagues internally.
- Strong verbal communication, organization, and writing skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
