Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Servers Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team from the ground up in the Plaza Towers District. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Springfield’s most exciting new restaurant and rooftop concepts.

- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
- Maintain full knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus.
- Execute proper steps of service from greeting to payment.
- Accurately enter orders into POS and handle payments.
- Maintain clean and organized sections, side work, and stations.
- Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and management teams.
- Uphold Scratch & Co. standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
