✅ Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails;
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers;
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints;
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.
✅ Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English;
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
