We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step into an Inside Sales Agent path and use it as a way to grow toward becoming a listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn to manage incoming interest, build relationships with clients, and handle the early stages of the real estate process through consistent communication and follow up.
