Skills Required
• Experience of 5+ years working as a technical specialist
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and challenging environment with a record of producing high quality business analysis documentation.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Motivated self-starter who can work in a team environment.
• 3rd level Qualification (preferably IT related).
• Experience with UML, BMPN or other modelling notations.
• Excellent communication, listening and writing skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Be able to plan and track activities/tasks
• Ability to work to complete work to schedule
• Ability to multi-task
• Background in software development.
• Experience of implementation and rollout to critical systems.
