Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the local retail branch
Mentor and grow your core team
Work closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products
Qualifications
College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
Authorized to work in Canada
Ability to travel
Salary range: $75-85K/year
