Position Type: Hourly + Commission
Pay Range: $17-$18 Hourly
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fay Myers Motorcycle World is one of Colorado's premier powersports dealerships, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to support our busy service department. As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced service advisors to ensure every rider who walks through our doors has a smooth, professional experience — from check-in to pick-up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports vehicle service appointments
Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person
Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management system
Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficiently
Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board
Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notes
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry — riding experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, DealerSocket, etc.) is helpful but not required
Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement required
Prior customer service, automotive, or dealership experience is a bonus — not a requirement
