- Coordinate jetty operational activities in accordance with established policies and procedures to support the achievement of company targets and objectives.
- Support the supervision and coordination of operational activities to ensure tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Johor Port personnel and shipping agents to support vessel scheduling and operational requirements.
- Ensure all shipment and jetty activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading activities for vessels, barges, trucks, and pipelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist Supervisors and Managers in overseeing daily stock control and operational activities within the assigned shift to meet safety and performance targets.
- Ensure products received, handled, and stored in tanks are protected from contamination, spills, loss, or damage.
- Comply with ISO procedures and company standards in all operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports before and after activities.
- Ensure operational equipment is properly maintained and all required documentation is managed accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
