Atlanta - Buckhaed - Corporate Governance Paralegal
One of our clients a Strong stable and growing Atlanta based publicly held company has an immediate need for a Corporate Paralegal. The company is offering a base salary up to the mid $90’s +/- depending on experience plus a generous benefits and PTO program
In this role you will provide support directly to the General Counsel and will assist with the corporate filings, maintaining the corporate books and assist with all aspects of corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience in a paralegal role managing governance documents for public companies and multiple subsidiaries.
