Overview
As a Lead Scientist in Novel Biomolecule Process Development, you'll develop, optimize, and scale-up purification and processing strategies for novel recombinant therapeutic proteins and peptides. You'll utilize protein analytical techniques to assess quality and stability, plan and conduct experiments for process optimization, support technology transfer to manufacturing, and contribute to technoeconomic assessments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (PhD preferred) in Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, with demonstrated experience in protein and peptide purification, method development, and characterization. You should have experience with AKTA systems, LC/MS, HPLC, and successfully transferring methods to external suppliers.
