Overview
As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of residential property management including establishing and maintaining business relationships as the face of the community. Key responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, resident interactions, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, overseeing contractors, marketing and facilities management, leasing new apartments and renewals, and supervising maintenance and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of residential property management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, and preferably experience with Yardi Property Management Software.
