Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in AI automation and customer service operations. You'll assist in analyzing and classifying data to support AI automation, lead projects in creating AI automation processes, prepare project reports, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to AI-assisted customer service development. The role requires currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Power Automate/Copilot. Experience with market research or customer service is advantageous.
