Overview
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all field staff operations for ambulance services. Key responsibilities include recruiting, screening, hiring, and orienting field staff, evaluating and coaching personnel, developing staffing schedules, managing payroll submissions, resolving field crew issues, supervising inventory and equipment management, coordinating fleet maintenance with vendors, ensuring staff certifications and licensure compliance, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for controlled substances.
