Overview
As a Triage Nurse Manager, you will provide oversight and management of the overall clinical and operational effectiveness of the PACE clinic to ensure consistency and high-quality care is provided to program participants. You will assess the acute needs of participants either via telephone or in-person triage, prioritizing participant needs based on urgency and acuity, provide clinical advice, recommendations for symptom management and recommendations for appropriate medical interventions that are within the nursing scope of practice, and supervise nurses. This role requires collaboration with the Clinic Manager and program leadership to ensure 24-hour care quality.
