Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced FCAW Welders for projects located in the Bath, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform FCAW welding in a fabrication shop setting
- Welds will vary based on project requirements and specifications
- Read and follow fabrication drawings and welding procedures
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a weld test before starting
- Previous structural steel or heavy fabrication experience is preferred
- Standard PPE including steel-toe boots, welding hood, and welding gloves
