POSITION OVERVIEW
• School-based outpatient Physician Assistant role serving elementary, middle, and high school students along with school staff
• Acute care-focused position within structured school-based clinical environment
• Independent practice structure with Medical Director support available
• Opportunity to provide hands-on care including minor procedures such as suturing
• Predictable weekday schedule with no call responsibilities

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• School-based outpatient setting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Starting hourly rate: $50/hour with higher pay based on experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide acute outpatient care services for students and school staff
• Deliver care within elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Perform minor procedures including suturing as needed
• Practice independently with Medical Director support available
• Maintain clinical documentation and care coordination responsibilities within outpatient school-based environment

Requirements
• Board Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Active Virginia PA license REQUIRED
• Active DEA REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing independently REQUIRED
• Comfortable caring for pediatric and adolescent populations REQUIRED
• Comfortable performing minor procedures including suturing REQUIRED
