## Tasks

• **Working in and as part of a team of experts**
• **Conducting personal training sessions and classes**
• Creating and performing **physical assessments** (using tools like force plates)
• Assessing mental and emotional wellbeing
• **Analyzing assessment** data and **setting goals** with clients
• Creating **training plans**, schedules, recommendations based on data
• **Guiding** clients through their journey at Hagius
• **Observing the progress** made by clients
• **Gathering feedback** from clients and trainers.
• **Fine-tune plans** depending on progress and assessment data
• **Ensuring flow of information** to the necessary team members

## Requirements

• Interest in the tasks above
• Passion for data-driven fitness guidance
• Ability to work as a team player in a team of experts
• High-quality education in sports science (University Degree or comparable education)
• at least one year work experience in the field of data driven training
