Production Assistant (Data Entry & Warehouse)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support daily production and inventory activities in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for entering production reporting, data entry, inventory tracking, and general warehouse support.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily production information into company systems
• Verify production numbers and work orders
• Maintain production and packaging records
• Assist with labeling and documentation of products
• Process inventory transactions and updates
• Help with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Basic math skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
