·         Giám sát việc thu thập và nhập dữ liệu liên quan đến hàng tồn kho, lô hàng và các thông tin liên quan đến kho khác

Oversee the collection and entry of data related to inventory, shipments, and another warehouse related information

·         Quản lý thực hiện đếm kho hàng ngày (Daily count), hàng tháng (Full count) cùng với việc so sánh, đối chiếu, phân tích các sai lệch sau khi có kết quả.

Management of daily count, full count along with comparing and analyzing the results.

·         Phối hợp chặt chẽ hoạt động hàng ngày với bộ phận OPS, khách hàng để đảm bảo chính xác về tồn kho và thực hiện các phương án tối ưu hóa tồn kho.

Work closely with the OPS, and client to ensure inventory accuracy and implement inventory optimization options.

·         Kết hợp với các bên giải quyết các sự cố phát sinh.

Coordinate and executive with the relevant department to resolve incidents.

·         Trách nhiệm về an ninh kho hàng trong các thủ tục xuất nhập, dịch chuyển và lưu kho.

Responsibility for warehouse security in import-export, movement and warehousing procedures.

·         Quản lý toàn bộ nhân viên trong bộ phận kiểm soát dữ liệu.

Manage all employees in Data team.

·         Tham gia vào công tác tuyển dụng và đào tạo nhân viên để đáp ứng công việc của bộ phận.

Participate in the recruitment and training of employees to meet the work of the department.

·         Sắp xếp công việc hàng ngày, thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm.

Manage daily work and promote teamwork and collective activities.

·         Thực hiện các yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận

Responsible for data management in the absence of Operations Manager.

·         Tuân thủ nội quy công ty, quy trình làm việc, quy định của khách hàng.

Comply with company regulations, working procedures and customer regulations.
