Overview
Project leadership role responsible for full coordination of ventilation projects from initial preparation through delivery. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing installation/cleaning projects, coordinating internal/external parties (technicians, suppliers, subcontractors), reviewing technical plans, monitoring budgets and deadlines, ensuring safety/quality/ customer satisfaction, and reporting progress to management. Works independently in small team of 6 with projects across Kempen region and beyond. Requires technical education or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years HVAC sector experience, strong technical knowledge of ventilation systems, structured approach, strong communication skills, customer focus, and valid driver's license B.
