Description
- Prepare, draft, and send Warning Letters (Surat Peringatan / SP) to customers in accordance with company policies and timeline.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data before letter issuance.
- Maintain and update tracking logs for all warning letters sent.
- Coordinate with notaries for fiduciary registration, amendment, and release (roya) processes.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of legal documents related to fiducia agreement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Collection, Legal, Operations) for document requirements.
- Maintain and update databases for warning letters and fiducia record.
- Handle document filing (physical & digital) in a structured and auditable manner.
- Assist in dispute handling related to warning letters or collateral status.
- Organize and archive physical and digital documents properly.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases or pending documentation.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Eager to learn about legal documentation and collection processes.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
