Description
Inside Sales Executive - RCM & Healthcare BPO
| Role Title | Inside Sales Executive — RCM & Healthcare BPO |
| Department | Business Development |
| Location | Gurugram, Haryana, India (Onsite) |
| Shift | US Eastern Time — approx. 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (±30 min) |
| Experience Required | 2 – 5 years; US B2B inside sales or healthcare BPO sales |
| Reports To | Director of Sales (US-based) |
| Employment Type | Full-Time |
This is not a customer service role. We need a hunter who is naturally curious, comfortable asking difficult questions, and capable of steering a conversation when a prospect stalls. You will also run targeted outbound prospecting to self-generate pipeline within defined ICP segments.
- Respond to all Copper/Bronze inbound enquiries within defined SLA — target: same business day, ideally under two hours.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain (denial rates, AR days, credentialing backlogs, staff turnover) and match to Neolytix service lines.
- Deliver value-led qualification: distinguish leads with genuine buying intent from information seekers.
- Own the deal lifecycle for accounts up to a defined MRR threshold — present proposals, handle objections, and close.
- Prepare warm handoffs to senior AEs for Silver/Gold prospects, including a written deal brief with pain, timeline, and stakeholder context.
Outbound Prospecting (secondary — ~25%)
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo within defined ICP segments.
- Execute structured outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn + call) to generate net-new pipeline.
- Prioritise outbound in specialty verticals identified by the marketing team — urgent care, behavioural health, orthopaedics.
Sales Intelligence & CRM (~15%)
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot — stage movement, call notes, next steps, and close probability on every record.
- Prepare pre-call research briefs for senior AE demos covering payer mix, specialty context, known competitors, and org structure.
- Track competitive intelligence on the RCM BPO market — pricing signals, new entrants, win/loss patterns.
- Contribute to weekly pipeline reporting with accurate deal status and commentary.
- Sales personality: You push back professionally. You ask for the next step without apologising. A 'not now' from a prospect triggers a re-engagement plan, not acceptance.
- US B2B communication: Neutral accent, strong written and spoken English, ability to hold a credible conversation with a US Practice Manager or Revenue Cycle Director without sounding scripted.
- Night shift commitment: This is a fixed US-aligned shift. You are not someone who needs convincing — you see it as a competitive advantage.
- Curiosity about healthcare: You don't need to know RCM on Day 1, but you must have the intellectual hunger to master it — you read, ask questions, and connect dots.
Strong Preferences
- 2+ years of US B2B inside sales experience — IT staffing, SaaS, healthcare tech, or services sales preferred.
- Exposure to US healthcare operations — AR calling, patient access, prior authorisation, or credentialing.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding a quota or conversion target (bring numbers).
- Comfort with CRM tools — HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or any modern CRM acceptable.
- Experience with prospecting tools — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of RCM terminology: denial rates, days in AR, clean claim rate, net collection rate, credentialing TAT.
- Familiarity with US healthcare payer landscape: Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, managed care.
- Prior experience selling to physician practices, billing companies, or ambulatory care settings.
