What You'll Do
You'll lead a team of Learning Experience Designers who create engaging learning experiences that help employees build skills, improve performance, and grow their careers.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver their best work.
- Set the vision and priorities for learning design projects that support business goals and employee performance.
- Guide the creation of learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support.
- Ensure learning solutions are learner-centered, easy to use, accessible, and aligned with enterprise design standards.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into effective learning experiences.
- Drive consistency, quality, and innovation across learning solutions while creating processes that help the team work efficiently at scale.
- Use learner feedback, data, and performance insights to improve learning experiences and increase business impact.
- Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and design practices to continuously improve how learning is created and delivered.
