Cybersecurity Analyst

Overview

The Controls Analyst role will support cybersecurity processes to ensure quarterly Information Security control monitoring, testing and compliance initiatives. The role will also support cybersecurity process teams in understanding and implementing control requirements.

 

The role will also support the implementation of control mapping and design for new controls and changes in key process areas. It requires an understanding of the information security standards, control frameworks, control design and testing concepts, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

 

 

• Ensure control testing activities are completed according to the Quarterly and Annual timelines
• Plan, communicate and coordinate control activities, timelines and testing  
• Support risk assessment process and maintain control activities and documentation of processes and mapping control objectives and attributes
• Create and maintain reports and provide regular metrics related to control effectiveness
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in managing control lifecycle including updates, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Provide support to process owners on controls and control activities and Information Security Policy and Standards
• Support the team with various ServiceNow initiatives related to Risk Management and Compliance
• Drive information security practices and processes
• Present updates to various stakeholders and levels throughout the organization

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) is required
• 2+ years experience in Controls or Cybersecurity role preferred
• Audit background is preferred but not required
• The candidate needs to have experience working in a global environment  
• Ability to effectively communicate across teams, business partners and all levels across the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid technical understanding of application development and security controls 
• Understanding of Data Classification and technical understanding of application development and security controls is a plus
• Preferred experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Compensation and Benefits:• The expected starting compensation range for this position is 184,000 PLN annually.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.• This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 10% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.• In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.
