- Provide trusted HR advice, coaching and support to leaders across employee relations, performance, attendance, capability and people management matters.
- Build strong relationships with frontline employees and leaders through a visible and approachable HR presence onsite.
- Support the delivery of Kraft Heinz Manufacturing System (KHMS) people initiatives and site routines.
- Use people insights and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver effective hiring outcomes across the site.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience using HR systems and data to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
