Description
BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and working with organisations across 30+ countries, is expanding in the US. We're looking for motivated Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.
A real opportunity — with no investment required
All you need is a phone line, an internet connection, a computer, and a few hours a day. There's nothing to buy and no upfront cost — just your time and your drive to reach meaningful earnings.
What you'll do
- Reach out to companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and coaches who hire or develop people
- Offer a free demo — one candidate assessed across three of our tests — to show real value
- Help interested clients get started and grow their account over time
- Work remotely, on your own schedule
What we provide
- Full onboarding: scripts, email templates, digital content (PPT/PDF), and ongoing support
- Free assessments to run your demos — no cost to you
- Access to our full range (personality, emotional intelligence, behavioural style, cognitive ability, managerial skills, and more)
- A clear path to Supervisor status with override commissions as you build a team
Earnings that build over time
Your commissions are cumulative: every client you bring on keeps generating income month after month. As your portfolio grows across the months and years, so do your earnings — turning steady effort into substantial, recurring income. Uncapped and performance-based.
As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately $14,000 to $30,000, depending on the time you invest — from a few hours a week up to full-time. With greater commitment and consistency, results can grow well beyond this in the following years.
These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual activity and results.
Who this is for
- People comfortable with commission-based compensation who want flexible, remote work with real upside
- Self-starters with strong communication skills — part-time or full-time
Compensation: 1099 independent contractor, commission-only. You're paid on closed business.
Language: English.
