The Role

The role of HSE Intern is to support the HSE team in promoting a safe and healthy workplace. This role provides hands-on exposure to HSE practices, compliance activities, employee engagement initiatives, and safety programs while developing practical knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Support the HSE team in day-to-day health, safety, and environmental activities.

• Assist with safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and training documentation.

• Participate in workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.

• Assist with incident reporting and follow-up of corrective actions.

• Support safety committee meetings, employee engagement activities, and HSE improvement initiatives.

About You:

• University Degree in related field or Diploma in WHS (Desirable)

• Demonstrated ability to coach, advise and influence colleagues with strong listening and collaboration skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

• Passion for workplace safety, health, and environmental sustainability.

• Eagerness to learn and develop practical HSE knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
