Job Summary
This position will handle all incoming and outgoing materials used in CNC machines to produce various parts for computer servers.
Essential Functions
Utilize ERP systems (SQl, Epicor) for transactions including receipts, transfers, material movements and job issuance
Perform accurate cycle counting to maintain inventory integrity and support audit readiness
Follow and enforce FIFO practices to ensure proper material rotation while minimizing obsolescence
Handle materials in compliance with ESD protocols to protect sensitive components
Support overall inventory management including tracking, reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
Operate and interact with automated inventory systems/machinery (e.g., vertical lift modules, carousels and material towers)
Maintain organized, clean and efficient stockroom and warehouse areas
Collaborate with production, planning and purchasing teams to ensure material availability
Conform with ESD policy and safety practices
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to materials handling and inventory accuracy
Follow all safety regulations and practices safety awareness at all times
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with small piece components, inventory control, and GMP preferred
Ability to operate industrial equipment
Ability to stand for long periods up-to-eight or more hours at a time
Must be able to reach above head and lift up to 50 lbs
Proven ability to have a high level of attention to detail
Team focused and Centered
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person”)
High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor and testing environments. May require lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods during product testing.
