Este rol de Data Scientist en Business Transformation tiene como propósito generar insights accionables a partir de grandes volúmenes de datos, habilitando decisiones más inteligentes, ágiles y basadas en evidencia
Responsabilidades clave
Diseñar y desarrollar modelos analíticos que resuelvan problemas de negocio complejos.
Traducir preguntas estratégicas en hipótesis y soluciones basadas en datos.
Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados.
Generar dashboards, visualizaciones y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
Aplicar técnicas de machine learning y estadística avanzada para identificar patrones y predicciones.
Asegurar la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos utilizados.
Automatizar procesos de análisis y generación de insights.
Participar en la definición de KPIs y métricas de éxito para iniciativas de transformación.
Creación de vistas de Dashboards de visualización para entendimiento de negocio
Lo que estamos buscando
[2 años] de experiencia relevante en en bienes de consumo (CPG), retail o supply Chain o similares.
Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos predictivos y prescriptivos.
Conocimiento sólido en estadística, machine learning y manejo de bases de datos.
Fuerte colaboración con equipos tanto técnicos y de negocio
Habilidades y Experiencia
Técnicas / funcionales
Dominio de herramientas de análisis (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
Conocimiento de plataformas de visualización (Power BI, Data Bricks, Fivetran).
Conocimiento estadístico (ARIMA, Clustering, Random Forest, K-means).
Experiencia con plataformas de datos y AI (ej. Databricks, Azure AI)
Pensamiento analítico y crítico.
Capacidad de storytelling con datos.
Pensamiento estratégico con foco en ejecución.
Ownership y mentalidad de fundador.
Toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Colaboración transversal y construcción con equipos multidisciplinarios.
