What would you do? Day-to-day activity: Manage end-to-end offboarding activities to ensure compliant, seamless associate separations and workforce transitions.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities: • Coordinate associate offboarding activities, including separation intake, system access deactivation, asset recovery tracking, stakeholder communications, and transition management. • Support final pay, PTO payout, benefits cessation, severance coordination, and compliance-related offboarding processes in accordance with defined policies and requirements. • Maintain offboarding records, trackers, audit-ready documentation, and reporting on offboarding SLA adherence, separation accuracy, and transition outcomes. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; US shift flexibility when needed for placements."
