About the Company
The company is building the future of identity security by protecting businesses against one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity threats: business email compromise and Microsoft account takeovers.
Its platform continuously monitors and protects Microsoft environments through intelligent threat detection, automated prevention, and modern security infrastructure. By leveraging proprietary security datasets, AI-powered detection models, and real-time threat intelligence, the company helps thousands of businesses prevent account compromise before attacks occur.
Founded by former engineers from Abnormal Security, Palo Alto Networks, and Bridgewater Associates, the company has rapidly achieved product-market fit, reaching mid-seven-figure ARR in under a year while serving more than 10,000 businesses and protecting over 1.6 million users. Backed by Y Combinator, the company continues to scale rapidly while maintaining one of the highest revenue-per-engineer ratios in the industry.
As a Software Engineer (Front-End), you'll build beautiful, highly polished customer-facing product experiences across Petra's security platform while working directly with the founders and a small, elite engineering team. You'll own major product initiatives from concept through production, helping define both the product experience and technical architecture.
