Description
Job Details:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core network infrastructures including AANET, WNET, INFA and related systems
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex network incidents and operational issues
- Provide technical guidance to engineers on BAU operations, escalation handling, and change governance
- Lead technical support for TSL activities and arrange related drill exercises
- Review, assess, and verify network configuration changes to ensure operational stability
- Support capacity planning, performance analysis, and continuous service improvement
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and contractual service requirements
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and optimization best practices, including AANET, WNET, INFA and related core networks
- Solid experience in capacity planning, network performance analysis, and major incident troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of BAU operations, escalation management, and change governance processes
- Hands-on experience in assessing, verifying, and validating network configuration changes to ensure operational stability
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance and act as Tier 2 escalation point in a mission-critical environment
- Holder of CCNP, HCIP or equivalent professional certification
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant network operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, managerial, or project leadership role
