## Tasks
**What you'll do**
- Turn inbound leads into signed contracts - calls, emails, consultations, and test drives.
- Own the full sales process from first inquiry to signature, with a customer-first experience throughout.
- Run credit checks and validate documents in the CRM, keeping every deal clean and audit-ready.
- Partner with leasing companies and financial institutions to close smoothly.
- Bring ideas that sharpen our process and lift conversion.
- Share customer feedback that shapes our product and drives retention.
## Requirements
**What you bring**
- A proactive sales mentality with a drive to convert leads into sales.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Open-minded, transparent, and trustworthy.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team player mentality.
- Full proficiency in French and English. German is a plus.
- Sales experience is a plus; a strong drive to sell is a must!
