How you'll make an impact in this role
- Prepare the surgical environment by meticulously organizing sterile drapes, solutions, and instrumentation to ensure the operating suite is mission-ready for every procedure.
- Support surgical flow by anticipating the needs of the surgeon and providing the required instruments and supplies with speed and precision throughout the operation.
- Lead patient positioning and safety by collaborating with the surgical team to prepare, transport, and drape patients, ensuring their physical protection and clinical readiness.
- Guarantee procedural accuracy by maintaining a highly organized sterile field and conducting rigorous, proactive counts of all instruments and supplies to ensure patient safety
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following:
- Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

- Experience in General Surgery, Trauma, Robotics, Total Joints, Orthopedic trauma, Vascular, Urology, and Gyn
