This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally. 

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Range: $43,000 -$49,500 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing hardware equipment at Feed Yards and Dairies.

• Maintain a DOT health card

• Responsible for designing building for present and possibly future equipment that also meets the customer’s needs.

• Responsible for and over sees construction and installation of the building and equipment to include but not limited to:

• Electrical Wiring

• Welding and fabrication

• Metal Building construction

• Plumbing

• Transports and delivers equipment with enclosed trailers to customer’s sites.

• Performs standard operational tests under protocol guidelines.

• Follows standardized checklists and write or amend standard operating procedures.

• Effectively communicate processes and changes to customers and other employees.

• Prepares and complete all paper work required in the installation process.

• Follows all safety procedures.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Requires computer skills including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of computer-based software.

• Adequate mobility to continually walk and stand; pull from various shelf heights; and ability to lift up to 35 to 50 pounds regularly.

• Must be able to read and understand English, have number recognition skills, and good hand/eye coordination.

• Good customer service skills and a sense of urgency are required.

• Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required. CDL is preferred or must be able to obtain CDL license.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent is desired.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, fabrication and basic woodworking is required.

Experience:

• Experience and understanding of feed yard or Dairy operation is helpful.

• Experience with use of power tools, volt meters, electrical diagrams, setting up computer programs and following instructions.
