Job Details
Responsibilities:
Execute billing activities for LATAM- WEMEA according to established timelines.
Invoices and credit notes, including manual billing when required.
Support billing execution in systems such as TMS and ICS.
Follow up on transmission failures, reconciliations, and open billing issues.
Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit-related requests in a timely manner.
Keep process documentation and country manuals updated.
Support compliance with operational controls and regional billing procedures.
Education:
University Degree in administration or related completed.
Work experience:
Previous experience in billing, finance operations, or shared services (minimum 3 years).

Skills and knowledge:
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple countries/stakeholders.
Knowledge of billing systems and process documentation is preferred
