Job Description

To support the implementation and maintenance of Murex solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring Murex modules, and assisting with testing and troubleshooting activities.

To work under supervision and guidance to deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance system functionality.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Murex system enhancements.
• Assist in configuring Murex modules to support trading, risk management, and other financial activities.
• - Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support to end users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related queries.
• Contribute to the documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of system improvements and optimisations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Murex technology. 
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity within the Murex platform.
• Work closely with development teams to address issues and implement customisations as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Murex functionality and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimise system efficiency.
• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
